I have Morronese roots on my father's side and I read with much joy are so well-represented on this site. In the past I had thought about searching for some of my relatives that had immigrated in America before my birth (1950). Reading the emails from Morronesi that had immigrated to America encouraged me to write an email asking for help in finding some of my relatives. Above all, my search focuses on two relatives: Angelo and Giuseppe Colasurdo. Both immigrated to America (to Seattle?) before the War. They had two sisters, Rosa and Nona; both lived in Morrone where they died some years ago. Rosa was the mother of my father, who died when I was very young, but I enjoyed spending my holidays in Morrone since my grandmother lived there. If it all possible, could you please help me search for my relatives in the United States?

Sono originaria di Morrrone da parte di mio padre e ho letto con tantissima  gioia  quanto è stato presentato nel sito. Premetto che  avevo già pensato di rintracciare alcuni parenti emigrati in America prima della mia nascita ( 1950). Leggere le mail dei morronesi emigrati mi  ha portata a scrivere una mia mail per chiedere aiuto su come rintracciare i miei parenti. Si tratta in particolare dei discendenti due fratelli  Angelo e Giuseppe Colasurdo   emigrati in America ( Seattle?) prima della guerra. I due fratelli avevano due sorelle  Rosa e Nina entrambi viventi a Morrone dove sono morte diversi anni fa. Rosa era la madre di mio padre ehe è morto quando io avevo pochissimi anni ma ho avuto la gioia di trascorrere  le vacanze estive a Morrone   finchè è vissuta la nonna. Potrebbe gentilmente aiutarmi a rintracciare i fratelli di nonna Rosa tramite i suoi contatti con gli emigrati morrronesi  in USA?
